World | Infrastructure audits

AFD operates in 115 countries around the world and overseas, focusing on the most vulnerable areas where security, political and environmental risks are particularly high.

In order to ensure the security of AFD assets and agents, the agency has mandated TDS to carry out safety/ security audits of its rights of way around the world. 

As such, TDS has implemented a specific safety audit methodology to meet the needs of AFD and industry standards from the point of view of national and international regulations. 

Therefore, for each audited agency, TDS has performed the following activities:

• Context-specific risk analysis to identify threats, establish probable malevolent scenarios and assess potential impacts on activities, people and property,
• Elaboration and completion of an appropriate audit grid for AFD rights of way, recommended hotels and security providers, 
• Assessment of the maturity level of the system in place,
• Proposal of clear, easily applicable and prioritized recommendations
• Team awareness of tools and recommendations.
