In order to ensure the smooth running of projects implemented in these areas, without prejudice to stakeholders (donors, implementers, partners and beneficiaries), a precise monitoring of these contexts is necessary. However, their instability forces actors to interact with actors on the field (travel or remote) more assiduously, which requires additional resources. 

The provision of a security security expert with field experience in complex area in the field of development and within recognized private companies is able to analyze the different events, draw conclusions and make clear and realistic recommendations.

2. Scoping meeting to validate work plan and methodology
3. Needs analysis in the geographical areas to be covered
4. Field missions if necessary to carry out inventory: understand the existing and needs of the field
5. Proposal of technical solutions in line with the identified needs.
