DIMITRI LINARDOS
DIRECTOR OF THE RISK ADVISORY DIVISION
Dimitri, who graduated from HEC, is the Director of the Risk Advisory division and an expert in international risk management. He has participated in the management of major projects for international organizations and companies in crisis zones (Afghanistan, the Balkans, the Maghreb, and West Africa) and has developed proven expertise in the fields of strategy, evaluation, and project management. Within TDS, he is in charge of numerous evaluation and consulting missions for European donors and certain implementation agencies.
GUILLAUME IMBERT
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Guillaume, who graduated from Sciences Po and Paris IX Dauphine in international relations, is Director of Operations & Director of Advisory. Guillaume is an expert in international project management. He coordinates the whole of TDS Group’s activities and ensures their successful execution since 2019.
He ensures with his teams the management of expert networks and the consolidation of expertise within the firm. He has a long experience in the support of large industrial groups (energy, transport, agribusiness, hospital, banking, luxury) in the VUCA areas and has worked extensively in West Africa. He is now in charge of relations with international donors and implementation agencies.
